The
New Curiosity Shop® was founded in 1983 in San Francisco by Ilan
Chabay. It began as a consultancy and evolved quickly into
a workshop that specialized in the design, development, prototyping, and
fabrication of innovative hands-on exhibits on science and technology.
The New Curiosity shop created innovative learning environments and hands-on
science exhibits for over 230 institutions worldwide, including science
centers, children's museums, retail businesses, a cruise ship, and corporate
visitor centers.

Production is being done under license by Science Projects, Ltd. which
provides excellent fabrication, on-schedule delivery worldwide, and support.
